Dear Sirs,
I have connections to a Russian supplier that can supply D2 , which is currently in Novorossiysk and Odessa. Cost of the product (per MT) will be discounted BELOW the current Platt's published price, which will be revealed when we know the amount and length of the contract. Larger contracts receive a larger discount.

Note:
Due to a recent increase in buyers who can't pay for product, our seller now requires the following documentation:
1) A fully completed ICPO (which you can find on our web site).
2) Confirmation that the buyer has an import license for the country in which you plan to deliver the product to.
3) A BCL made to GEM Industries LTD/BNP Paribas, Geneva Switzerland. Our bank is ranked #3 in the world, so we require at least a Top 50 Bank from our buyers.

We realize these requirements are strict, but serious buyers should have no problems with these terms.
Once I have these documents, we can proceed to contract. We would like all paperwork to go through the buyers and sellers banks for due diligence.
After the contracts are finalized and both sides are comfortable with the arrangements, the shipping process can begin immediately.
