Payment Terms: In order
to supply this order at the low price of $69/MT, the following payment
term has to be satisfied:
The purchase price is payable at sight via T/T,
upon presentation of Corporate Invoice, shipping documents/SGS / bill of
lading and the payment is Guaranteed by way of a Operative Transferable,
Divisible Standby Letter of Credit to the value of 2 months shipments,
issued or confirmed by one of the top 25 world bank, and monthly
shipments by way of SWIFT TT payments. The standby letter of credit will
be lodged with the seller from month one and will remain in force for
fourteen months.
Procedures:
1. Buyer submits ICPO with bank information and
MT799 2. Seller sends samples
3. Buyer confirms readiness after receiving the
samples. 4. Seller sends Draft Contract
5. Revisions of draft contract on both sides, if
any 6. Buyer and Seller sign final contract
7. Buyer submits SBLC totaling 2 months value
expiring in 13.5 months ( 2 Month BG with Payments T/T at Loading Port )
8. Seller posts 2% PB
and POP bank to bank 9. Shipping commences
10. 100% payment at sight via T/T upon
presentation of documents listed in contract
