PRICE-PAYMENT-PROCEDURES

To: Whom it may concern.
We ……………….., hereby issue this SOFT CORPORATE OFFER with given terms and
conditions and confirm our readiness to execute a Full Corporate Offer
and then straight after a Sales and Purchase Agreement with end buyer,
for the following product information:

PROCEDURES
1. Buyer sends LOI with full banking details
with permission for soft probe.
2. Seller sends FCO to the buyer
3. Buyer signs FCO and
sends to seller.
4. Upon
acceptance of draft contract, Buyer and seller execute the contract.
5. Buyer and seller sign
NCND and MFPA.
6. Seller
issues JSC buyer signs and returns.
7. Buyer pays tariff cost to JSC (USD 2.50 by
MT) for transportation of the product to he loading port.
8. The tariff charges
for JSC from the factory to the loading port and also enable buyer to
obtain the hardcopies and proof of product (POP) and other documents,
under the present government law.
9. Buyer and Seller bank communicate and agree
on the final wording of DLC.
10. Seller bank issue to Buyers bank the Proof
of Product (POP).

Seller's bank notifies the Buyer's Bank that they are ready to issue non
operative 2% PB to the buyer's bank. The 2% PB will be placed in buyer's
account should the seller fail to supply the cargo of the product, this
2% PB will be paid to buyer and intermediaries accordingly as
compensation.
12.
Buyer's bank issue 100% Non-Operative RDLC for each cargo shipment
of monthly delivery.
13. Seller's bank issue
2% PB to the Buyer's Bank which will automatically
activate the RDLC.
14. The SGS inspection
will be borne by Seller.
15. Shipment commence as per contract.
16. Buyer releases payment to all Brokers/Agents
same time out-turn shipment delivered per slot via wire transfer within
23 banking days after discharge of cargo and receipt of all relevant
shipping documents.
· The above is a soft
quote offered as a general guide price subject to confirmation. Prices
will differ subject to various payment terms, length of contract and
commissions. Firm prices will be submitted if supported by an ICPO. All
prices are non binding unless a contract is signed.
· Any quantity's price not on the above list is
subject to a separate quote.
