Supplier Procedures
No change in Supplier procedures possible !!!!!!
1. Buyer issue ICPO with full banking
information granting permission to seller to conduct soft Probe and
NCNDA/ IMPFA.
2. Seller issue and send draft
contract to the buyer
3. Buyer reviews the
draft contract, if necessary makes modification, counter signs and
returns it to seller.
4. Buyer and seller signs
and exchange final contract.
5. When contract
is accepted by both parties, the hard copy of the contract we be
notarized and legalized. Buyer and seller will sign and seal the hard
copy contracts. The Electronic Signature shall be deemed and
enforceable.
6. Buyer and seller with banks
agree for the text on SBCL.
7. Seller provides
a partial POP to the buyer.
8. Buyer issues
operative or non operative 100% irrevocable, transferable revolving DLC
of Buyers choice to sellers bank.
9. Seller's
bank issues full POP document to Buyer trough bank to bank.
10. Sellers Bank issues 2% PB to Buyers bank
for product cost.
11. Seller shall issue the
first cargo delivery confirmation and date.

Becker.
