per delivered quantity.

PROCEDURE:
1. SELLER issues FULL CORPORATE OFFER(FCO).
2. BUYER, not later than 4(four) international
banking days after receipt of the FCO, signs seals and initials on all
pages the FCO and sends it back to the SELLER.
3. Buyers Bank provides Sellers Bank, not later than 4(four)
international banking days after sending back the FCO, with a SWIFT MT
799 of this offer confirming the Financial Capability (SOFT PROOF of
FUNDS herein called SPOF).
4. SELLERS BANK, not
later than 8(eigth) international banking days, after verification of
SPOF, provides BUYERS BANK with a SWIFT MT 799 text message confirming
the existence of the Product ( SOFT PROOF OF PRODUCT) for Buyers bank
verification.
5. SLLER issues and provides
BUYER with a Draft Contract.
6. Buyer and
Seller will discuss amendments if any and agree to the final terms.
7. Buyer initials on all pages, sign and seals
in the spaces indicated for that purpose and sends Draft contract back
to Seller.
8. Seller initials on all pages,
sign and seals in the spaces indicated for that purpose and converts
Draft contract in to PDF format. The PDF format contract will be send
back from the Seller to the Buyer and will be deemed and in force from
that moment as under EDT LAWS(ELECTRONIC DATA TRANSMISSION LAWS).
9. Both parties are executing the contracts
with their respective Bank not later than 4(four) international banking
days.
10. BUYERS Bank, not later than 4(four)
international banking days after receipt of the executed contract issues
RSBLC as in the contract to Sellers Bank.
11.
Sllers Bank issues 2% Performance Bond value for 1 month Value of RSBLC
and provides Full Proof of Product to Buyers Bank as per agreed
Contract.
SHIPMENT
COMMENCES AS AGREED IN THE CONTRACT AND RESPECTING ALL OTHER TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AS STATED IN THE SAME UNDER INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRY STANDARDS.
