000 MT / month )
Duration: x 12 Maximum per
contract
Delivery: CIF ASWP
Price: $305 Gross / $295 per MT Nett
Commission: $10 to be split 50/50 Seller and
Buyer agents.
Parties: 1 Groups on Buyer's Side
leading to you.
Payment: Non Transferable,
Revolving DLC at sight
PB: None given by Seller.
Buyer can deduct 2% PB of L/C value from
First
payment and pay to seller on last payment.
Procedures:
1. After
contract signing, Buyer to provide a very simple bank letter to seller
bank by MT999 Stating that Buyer has an operating account.
2. Seller then provides full, notarized POP by
SWIFT.
3. Buyer then provides a Pre Advice L/C
which must be issued from prime bank or confirmed by one.
4. Seller loads the first vessel and provides
documents to show loading has taken place, thus activating the L/C.
5. Shipping commences.
Therefore, POP after contract signing and vessel
loaded against a pre advice L/C
