We can supply UREA in
quantity of 200 000 MT per month x 12 months = 2 400 000 MT per year
contract as the following:
PROCEDURES
• Buyer issues LOI or ICPO with permission for
soft bank probe.
• Seller issues Draft Contract
signed & sealed.
• Contract is agreed upon,
hard copies exchanged via DHL,mail, fax (Buyer's choice).
• Buyer open non-operative L/C for seller's
bank OR
• Issues (if he wishes) a Swift MT799
for proof of funds (POF).
Seller replies
through the same Swift for proof of product (POP) bank to bank.
Buyer then issues a non-operative L/C for
seller's bank.
• Seller activates the
non-operative L/C by issuing the 2% PB & issues POP.
• Delivery begins as per schedule of shipments
in contract agreed between the buyer/seller until completion of the
contracted quantity.
