Sellers option;
PAYMENT TERMS:
VARIANT - A Payment for the quantity of ______mt
(+/-5%) shall be effected by one Irrevocable, Fully Funded,
Transferable, Confirmed Letter of Credit being issued for each month
shipment of 12,500/mt and to the value of US$ _________
(___________________United States Dollars) payable 100% at sight.
The last month shipments of 12,500/mt will be
paid by the Irrevocable Fully Funded Prime Bank Guarantee covering

VARIANT - B Payment for

Irrevocable, Fully Funded, Transferable, Revolving, Confirming Stand-By

This
Letter of Credit will be Revolving every month for 12 Months and to the
