Procedure: 1. Buyer submits LOI + BCL  
   2. The seller releases nominal FCO which the buyer signs, seals and returns to the Seller  
   3. The seller directs the draft contract.  
   4. Further work goes on the procedure specified in nominal FCO.  
 
NOTE: 1) Before a direction of documents of the order, I ask to specify a reality of the prices.    
             2) If the Buyer CAN not or DOES NOT WANT to let out BCL, I ask to not enter polemic and discussions            
 
on a question of purchase of the goods.
