The particulars and Procedures for this deal are the following:  
Quantities starts from 500,000MT PER MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS AND POSSIBLE EXTENSION FOR 60 MONTHS.DISCOUNT VARIES WITH PAYMENT MODE.  
THE ICPO SHOULD BE ISSUED BY END BUYER/REFINERIES IN THE NAME OF KIRAN EXPORT AND ACCOMPNIED BY BCL, FRESH DATED NOT OLDER THAN 8 DAYS. BUYER’S BANK NEEDS TO ONE OF TOP 25 WORLD BANKS.  
* NCND signed between your group and our groupSeller side is closed. So we/associates are on Buyer side for commission .  
It is considered that these are viable requirements and they will permit accelerating timing and finalisation of deals.
