Procedure:
a) Buyer
sends an “Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking
information and sanitized contact information” addressed to Seller.
b) Upon Seller’s acknowledgement, Seller
through Seller’s Official Mandate of which Buyer returns signed/sealed
FCO and ICPO fully endorsed by buyer’s bank to acknowledgement of
seller.
c) Buyer and Seller sign/seal
NCNDA/IMFPA.
d) Buyer and Seller sign the Final
Draft Contract and lodge with their respective Banks.
e) Seller issues partial Proof of Product
documents to buyer and non-operative 2% PB to the Buyer’s bank.
f) Buyer’s bank issue proof of Fund.
g) Seller’s bank issue to buyers bank VIA swift
the FULL proof of product. (POP)
h) Buyer’s
bank issue 100% irrevocable, non transferable, revolving, DLC for each
cargo shipment of monthly delivery to activate the 2% PB.
i) Shipment commences as per the contract.
j) Seller releases payment to all
Brokers/Agents same time out-turn shipment delivered per slot via SWIFT
fund transfer within 10 banking days after discharge f cargo and receipt
of all the relevant shipping documents
Packing:
In 50 kg bags, new 2 ply woven bags, polypropylene outside
and polyethylene inside, empty bags net weight
to be 180 gram (min). Full bag has net weight of 50.2 kg per bag. 2% of
empty bags will be provided free of charge with every shipment. Bag
marking in neutral English marks, in seven lines in black color on side
with .urea. To be printed in double size of other lines
