>1)
Buyer confirms price list and issues letter of intent (LOI).
>2) Buyer Signs Agreement with Indenting Agent
along with NCNDA & IMFPA for sake of Indenting Agents commission.
>3) Buyer confirms soft offer and issues
irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO) with full banking
information address
and signed NCNDA - IMFPA to
Supplier via Indenting Agent.
>4) Buyer
confirm, signs and return the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) with
appropriate authorized sign and seal including the following documents:
>a) Acceptance Letter
>b) Buyers Corporate License
>c) Company's
profile
>d) Scanned copy of Buyers
International Passport
>5) Supplier issues a
draft contract open for amendments and for Buyers consideration. Buyer
executes the contract with authorized signatures and seal, highlighting
desired changes and email back to Supplier. Under Supplier's acceptance
of the amendment on the draft contract
>6)
Buyer issues a Proof of Fund (POF) from a world prime bank, subjected to
Supplier's approval. Also acceptable as a pre - advise of the bank
guaranty.
>7) Supplier issues a Partial proof
of product (POP)
>8) Supplier's legal
department will go for notarization and stamp duties at Moscow High
Court for the registration of the contract with
ministries. The fee for these expenses will be borne by Supplier.
>9) Buyers bank issues an Irrevocable
Revolving, Non-Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit (IRNTDLC) to
Supplier.
>10) Supplier issues delivery
guaranty (2% bond) to activate the Buyers IRNTDLC. Optional payment
instrument may be agreed in the contract.
>11)
Supplier issues original contract for final signatory.
>a) Copy of license to export, issued by the
department of the ministry of energy.
>b) Copy
of approval to export, issued by the department of the ministry of
justice.
>c) Copy of statement of availability
of the product.
>d) Copy of the chartered party
agreement to export product.
>e) Copy of the
Official Proof of Product.
>12) Delivery
commence as scheduled.

>Inspection:
>
>Independent Surveyor (SGS) will issue quality
at the port of loading and bottled sample text will be sent to buyer for
his confirmation.
