duty disc plough by fax original of which to be followed by DHL urgently
as per specifications stated here under: -
GENERAL FEATURES
1. It has
to be tractor mounted type used for ploughing
2.
Should be suitable for 100 – 110 HP (BS) wheel tractors
3. It has to be 3 – point linkage
4. Should be high resistant structure
5. Number of bottoms shall be 5 (five) reducible
to 4 (four)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
1.Diameter of each disc shall be 710 mm
2.Furrow width of 1.25 – 1.50 mm
3.Thickness of each bottom(disc) being 8 mm
4.Maximum working depth shall be 75% of the disc
diameter
5.The disc should be laterally and
vertically in operation to all types of soil and ploughing conditions
6.Long and short cross shafts should be provided,
one being reserve.
7.Type of discs have to be
plane castled steel alloy
8.Scrapers should be
fully adjustable
9.Operating weight should be in
the range of 600 – 700kg
10.Type of bearings
should grease able and replaceable
