Many thanks for the quick answer. I had finally surfed myself to find Aaction Mulch, but also in the search found several opinions that eucalyptus mulch is killing an important resource. Any thoughts on that? Surely the cypress mulch that is the standard down here in the sunny south is, in fact, being depleted from industries' overwhelming demands, but I understand eucalyptus regenerates quickly and that Aaction is maintainint their own groves. Hard to keep all them there facts straight sometimes.

I just spread lots of eucalyptus mulch (yours)
around my bananas.

At Home Depot, Marathon, where I bought it (expensive!), one employee told me that eucalyptus
mulch kills plants like impatiens.

I'm going to plant some Lizianthus in front of the bananas lining the drive. Can you please tell me if this mulch will be harmful? Also, please give me a list of short plants that don't do well with this mulch.

I am located in the North Atlants area. We purchased a couple of pallets of the red and black eucalptus mulch and kept it for 2 years so we will not look to reorder it. But, I do have few customers looking for any black mulch that they can use so they don't have to switch colors. Please notify me of any suppliers of black mulch in my area.

Hallo all I live in Montreal Canada, and I have tortoises, I have great need for eucalyptus mulch, for the reason that it repels most bugs and mites, I am willing to travel to new York state to buy some as far as Binghamton please tell me were to go I really need this very desirable mulch, I guess in Canada we can't get it anyway. You could broaden your market by selling to the pet trade but in Canada stores are not allowed to import tortoises or turtle for resale , but people are allowed to import the animals for personal pets. so the need in Canada is not great
