1.The Seller is responsible for paying any export duties or any local origin applicable taxes.OR Seller pays  
all Origin applicable Fee or Tax  
2.The Seller is responsible for the shipment of the gold to Hyderabad,INDIA via CIF upon the Recipt of the buyers LOI ,Or th seller pays
