I am determined to have this company exposed in a
very big way!!! I placed an overnight order on Sat. 11/23, was told it
would arrive by Tues 11/26, by Wed. 11/27 I had not heard anything and
sent an email to customer service, heard nothing back. Then I left a
phone message. Sunday, 12/1 I called and was told that the order had not
gone out yet but would be sent on Monday 12/2, that the order had been
misplaced. I asked why I had not been informed of the mixup, and asked
when the error had been discovered, the employee said it had been
discovered when I left the message, but he could not explain why no
apology had been made with restitution. I asked the owner's made so that
I could file complaints and was told 'Steve'. The employee refused to
give a last name, and, at a later call said 'Peralta'. The employee
offered to send my order on Monday, 12/2 with no charge for standard
shipping. I cancelled the order, determined to conduct a massive expose
of the company. |
