Short history: Founded in 1973 as KNITTED FABRICS AND CURTAINS SIRETUL
ENTREPRISE, the present trading company became a share hold company in
1990, having as unique shareholder the Romanian state. Currently, the
company is a privately held one and one of the most important
representatives of the Romanian textile industry, which has established
good trade relations with all its business partners, most of whom have
become traditional clients.
Company’s policy: Our company has constantly
been concerned with promoting a culture for quality and establishing a
background for a continuous process improvement, in the context of
environment pollution control and diminish. All these have led to the
implementation and certification of The Quality Management System, which
fulfils the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2000 standard and The
Environmental Management System, which fulfils the requirements of SR EN
ISO 14001:2005 standard. The successful implementation of the two
management systems leads to an efficient organizational activity, both
from the point of view of quality and environment.

Our
own knitted fabric production includes a large range of rigid and
elastic structures, which enables the development of complex end
products portfolio: lingerie, sport and fitness articles, swimming
suits, carnival costumes, etc. An important group is represented by auto
upholstery laminated knitted fabrics.
Garments
The articles of fine lingerie for
women, manufactured by the company, have a sophisticated design, giving
an elegant touch, which satisfies the clients’ refined taste.
The implementation of elastic knitted fabrics
technology has enabled us to make a complete offer for fitness and
aerobic items, as well as for bathing suits.
Moreover, our company’s intention is to promote its own sport items
brand, DINAMIS on the internal market. This brand, which was thrown on
the market last year, capitalizes the company’s over two decades
experience in producing good quality sport items.

Our company has fully acknowledged
that there is an increase in the number of challenges regarding
successful business management. Therefore, in the last year, SIRETUL has
made huge investments in new technology for producing of value-added
tehnical textiles for infrastructure industry, like geogrids and
geonets.

sewing machines, dyeing equipments, warp knitting machine with weft
insertion Copcentra HS-2-ST,ONLINE coating system.
