INSPECTION:
Commodity to be inspected at port of loading, by
(SGS) at Seller's cost.
SGS shall issue an
inspection Certificate of Quality and Quantity, to certify
the specified product, UREA 46% N. Prilled
confirms to the Specs here in
stated and that the
UREA 46% N. prilled is in good order and condition.
PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer Issue
LOI with banking details.
2. Seller Issue FCO.
3. Within 3 working days upon receipt of FCO
buyer returns to the same
Signed and Sealed.
4. Buyer Issues ICPO on letter head signed and
sealed.
5. Seller signs, seals and send ICPO
along with the Draft Contact including
sellers
full banking details.
6. Buyer reviews Draft
Contract, signs and seals with corrections, if any,
and returns to seller signed and sealed.
7. Exchange of NCND and MFPA.
8. Seller issues signed and sealed Final Contract
and Proof of Product
to buyer.
9. Buyer, signs, seals and returns final copy via
fax, which serves
as legal document.
10. The buyer also sends copies of final contract
to Seller via express courier.
11. The seller
sign seals and returns three copies to buyer by DHL /FedEx/
equivalent.
12. Buyer
issues DLC to sellers Bank.
13. The seller’s bank
/ seller shall, not later than 7 (seven) international
banking days from signing of the Original
Contract, issue2% operative performance
Bond and
Proof of Product though a bank to the buyer.
14.
Shipments commence as per contract.
15. The
seller shall issue the first cargo delivery confirmation and date
per delivery schedule.
