Hi,
I know about broilers,
but does anyone know anything about those 'Tumbler Deep Fryers' -- the
kind that deeply fry animals Including large, whole animals, up to
300lbs or so, and then allow you tumble it afterwords. I have seen them
tumble for upwards of 45 min. and theough at that length of time, your
batter starts to get a little thick... and bits fall off here and there.
As well, the one I'm speaking of was in an 'old school' KMart cafeteria
and suspended on the cieling. The room was grey and had plenty of iron
boxes and dustyyyyy. They were tumbling a heavily deep fried cow.
