Our Aquatic Fodder Cohesive
Agent(AFCA) is a spray-dried urea-formaldehyde resin in powder form. It
is recommended for use as feed binder in the production of fish and
shrimp feed , featuring excellent water tolerance and is applicable in
both cold and hot press systems for pelleted or extruded feeds.
AFCA provides a cost efficient solution to your
binder needs, which increases the hydrostability (water resistance) of
your aquatic feed and finally improves your return on investment.

Usage:
Used only as
pellet binder. Mix in the fodder before granulation at consumption rate
of 0.4-0.8% of the finished pellets,and process with standard pelleting
or extruding operation. Keep finished pellets aside for suggested time
(about 24 hours) to achieve better binder performance, Be sure to stir
uniformly.
