Orthodox Union) is a professionally managed firm founded in 2002 by
Mr.Parthiban Ramsit. We have made our mark in International arena as one
of the producer and exporters of Gherkins, White Onions & Baby Corn.
Till date we have exported containers to USA, CANADA, SPAIN, UK, SOUTH
KOREA. The efforts put in by various people at various stages express
quality confirming to International Standards. In addition, we have the
resources to raise our capacity at short note in order to fulfill a
larger order.
The company has track – record for
consistently delivering high quality products on time. The product
profile includes gherkins from 5/10 to 300+ counts/kilo. They can also
be graded by diameter and / or length. Fresh gherkins are preserved in
salted vinegar or acetic acid, or fermented and preserved in brine.
The products can also be processed to customized
specification and standards. The products are packed in new food grade
HDPE drums. The net drained weight for salted Vinegar / Acid products is
150 kilos per drum and for brine products - 180 kilos per drum. 80 such
drums are stuffed in 20’ container.
