WE WOULD APPRECIATE A PRICE QUOTATION TO ON CIF BASIS TO BUY 15000 MTS,( FIFTEEN THOUSAND MTS) +/- 5% (FIVE PER CENT) MORE OR LESS AT SELLER’S OPTION OF NATURAL WHITE RICE DELIVERED TO ANY LIBAY PORT, WITH
THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS:-
1. Natural white rice, Latest crop .
2. Broken 5% max.
3. Moisture 14% max.
4. Green -Chalky 1.5% max.
5. Red/Red stripped /stained/damaged/paddy and yellow 1.5% max.
6. Foreign matters 0.25 % max.
7. Rice to be with natural color / taste /odor /sound / loyal and merchantabl .
8. Rice to be free from alive and or dead insects and their fragments and diseases.
9. Rice to be free of any harmful bacteria, fungus etc….and fit for human consumption.
10. Rice to be free from radioactive elements harmful for human consumption as per Libyan limits.
11. Rice to be untreated with any harmful chemicals.

PRICE:
to be qouted per metric ton ,preferably in EURO on basis of C full liner terms to any Libyan ports, less 2.5% stamp duty and fees payable in Libya to be deducted from L/C amount.

PACKING:- The total quantity of NATURAL RICE to be packed in 5 kilograms bags and each 5(five)bags in
one strong master poly-bags of 25 kgs.Bags to be printed in green color with buyer’s marks in Arabic and besides
the bags (5kg and 25kg)should bear the Type of product, broken ratio (% Max ) ,net weight, production and expiry date batch no. of mill . we also need 2 % of empty bags to be provided with each shipment free of any charges and separate B/L to be issued for empty bags.
Required documents for registration;

1-Company profile .
2-Chamber of commerce confirmation company is registered therein, the nature of its business and that there is no reservation thereon .
3-Company’s capital approved by the bank.
4-Company’s latest balance sheet authenticated by Taxation office
5-Company’s bank, confirming that the company has not been declared bankrupt, this must be authenticated by a judicial court.
6-List of countries, which the company has dealt with.
7-Identification of company representative (I.D number, passport number and position ).
8- All required documents must be original up to date, translated to
arabic, authenticated by the libyan people’s bureau in the company’s country of origin.
