Relief West Africa Agency (RWAA). This Agency is

Every year the budget of the agency is in excess of
$500 million United States dollars and foreign
contractors does Eighty percent of all our contracts.
As at the year ended December 2001, the Board of
directors have been able to set aside $25 million
United States dollars that we intend to transfer into
a foreign account outside Africa for our own personal
use and disbursement. Following the last Board of
Directors’ meeting, it was unanimously decided that I
look for a foreign partner to convertly front for us
in the transfer of this fund.
