There are many, many self-styled Suppliers on the Net portals. Either that, or they are “very close” to the End Seller (they are Trading House Owner, Seller Mandate, Broker, Trader, bla, bla...).  
They copy and paste, spray emails around, and make demands/offers dreaming to become rich easy and fast....  
They even engage in furious argumentation as to how much commission they expect – and this is on non-existent deals!  
Why? Well, largely because they have no idea what they are talking about!    
Least of all do they understand what real market prices are available, or quantities deliverable.
