7.1 The Banking procedures are as follows:  
 
7.1.1 Buyer and Seller discuss and negotiate final terms and conditions on Sales and Purchase Agreement.  
 
7.1.2 Buyer confirms Draft contract for Seller’s review.  
 
7.1.3 Seller initials on every page, signs, and seals and returns the draft contract to the buyer for buyer’s signature and seal (with amendments if any).  
 
7.1.4 Buyer counters sign and seals the draft contract and sends via E – mail to seller.  
 
7.1.5 Buyer bank will issue RWA / Pre-Advice SBLC/DLC  
 
7.1.6 Seller sends POP and the bill of lading to Buyer.  
Seller’s bank issue to buyers bank the proof of product (POP).  
 
The Seller will provide the following copy of the documents as POP.:  
 
1. CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN  
2. CERTIFICATE OGF Q & Q ISSUED BY SGS/SAYBOLT.  
3. EXPORT PERMISSION.  
4. TANK RECEIPT /TRANSNEFT AGREEMENT COPY.  
5. OWNERSHIP DOCCUMENTS
