We offer with full corporative responsibility as the producer, this offer to sale on the following goods. And sign sales and purchase contract if all conditions of procedure is met.

SELLER will provide partial proof of product for buyer’s verification and issues full proof of product to buyer's bank, after signing hard copy of contract and acceptance of buyer's proof of fund.

PAYMENT: Payment will be made in the currency of US DOLLARS.  
Payment will be made through an irrevocable, revolving documentary letter of credit, issued or confirmed by renowned bank per shipment basis or monthly, revolving till next Month.  
   
   
 QUANTITY: SELLER will provide confirmation  letter/ resource notice from production refinery confirming actual quantity of M100-MAZUT 100 GOST 10585-75 for export to buyer.

(with rollover and extension).  
   
QUALITY: An independent surveyor company will be employed to certify the quality of product at the port of loading and bottled sample will be sent to buyer for further verification/confirmation; as specified below, SELLER  will provide certificate of quality (SGS) to buyer's bank as in accordance with international standard as specified below  
   
PERFORMANCE BOND:  SELLER will provide a 2% operative performance guaranty (bond) to buyer's bank to activate buyer's payment instrument.  
   
INSPECTION: Independent surveyor (SGS) will issue quality certificate at the port of loading and sample text will be sent to buyer for confirmation.  
   
DELIVERY: ( CHINA) SELLER will provide  notice of vessel booking and shipping agreement as part of full proof of  product after receipt and confirmation of buyer's bank's payment instrument.  
The first shipment scheduled to be within/before 35 days from date of acceptance and endorsement of contract .
