THERE IS NO LONG CHAIN OF AGENTS IN THIS
OFFER! and I encourage a quick
progression of
direct contact between the buyer and the refinery.
This offer is
available to end purchasers and also resellers where they are able to
sufficiently prove they have a secured end use
for the product.
The Procedures are safe and
after you sign the IMFPA to agree to pay the
commissions, you will be introduced to the Seller‘s Refinery
Representative
PRODUCT ORIGIN
A like most refineries in
today’s fuel market, Seller‘s Refinery has reciprocal supply
agreements with many other refineries such as
all Russian Government owned
Refineries. This
means they are not limited to their own resources and can provide
the most competitive rates by reciprocal
agreements without the heavy profit margins
that resellers apply.
Forget the stigma about
Nigerian scammers etc. Seller‘s Refinery is a wellestablished
refinery with 40% ownership from well-known oil
companies. And the
60% govt owned component has
significant shares owned by offshore oil companies
also.
They are
therefore run by very strict controls and all operations are executed
with
ethical business practices and conduct.
You will quickly discover this as soon as you
are ready to proceed.
SOFT OFFER – D2 Russian Gasoil
PRODUCT: D2 (see specifications)
MONTHLY QUANTITY: 100,000MT or more
TOTAL QUANTITY: 12,000,000 (TWELVE MILLION MT)
or more
CONTRACT TERM: 12 months
PRICE: Price PER MT to be confirmed after
Registration.
COMMISSION: $ 20 USD Per MT or as
agreed.
ORIGIN: Nigeria, Russian Federation, or
other by mutual consent.
DELIVERY: CIF or FOB
as required.
VALIDITY: Soft Offer Only and all
prices are confirmed after Introduction.
SOFT OFFER – JP54
PRODUCT: JET FUEL KEROSENE JP 1-A (Colonial
Grade 54) - (see
specifications)
TOTAL QUANTITY: 10,000,000 (TEN MILLION bbl’s)
or more
CONTRACT TERM: 12 months
PRICE: Price PER BBL to be confirmed after
Registration.
COMMISSION: $ 6 USD Per BBL or as
agreed.
Payment Conditions: Irrevocable,
Confirmed RDLC, covering cost one
month
delivery (or as agreed).
OTHER PRODUCTS:
All
ICPOs must include the exact specification required as well as the
certification
code of the product. Seller is
willing to work with purchasers with specific
specification requirements where others are usually not interested.
Most Oils and Fuels can be supplied and all
buyers are encouraged to become
registered with
the Refinery so they can purchase a wide range of products the
refinery can source. Refineries are not going
to run around confirming prices and
other
information for unqualified buyers.
STAGE #1
Please now
provide:
1. NCND and Pre-IMFPA (forms
provided).
2. ICPO
3.
Company Profile of Buyer.
A Conference Call
will then be arranged between the Buyer and the Refinery
Representative to discuss the requirement and
the way forward. Both sides may have
issues to
discuss.
(Note: Documents must be signed by the
actual buyer and not from their mandates
on
behalf).
STAGE #2
REFINERY APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION
The Buyer is then to send the Following
Documents Directly to the Refinery Representative:
1. ICPO addressed to
the specified Refinery Representative.
2.
Buyers Declaration (form provided).
3. Bank
Letter*
4. Company Profile of Buyer. (more
information may be requested). It will certainly
help to include evidence of past purchases if
the buyer is relatively unknown.
5. If the
Buyer is a reseller, then we also require sufficient evidence that there
is a
secured end use for the product to be
purchased with the necessary logistical
capabilities in place to receive the product.
BANK LETTER* - A full
BCL is not required. Just a letter from the buyer’s bank
clearly stating that the buyer is in the
position to purchase fuels of that general
quantity.
COMMISSIONS: At this stage, the buyer will need to have the Pre-IMFPA to
be
notarized by an International attorney to
guarantee payment upon successful
execution of
the contract and deliveries. The Pre-IMFPA shall automatically become a
fully operational IMFPA once the relative contract is active and the
transaction number is applied to the IMFPA.
FINAL STAGE
The
Refinery will then Check the Buyer and their proposed operation and once
approved, they will be officially registered
with the Refinery. This is a one-time
process
and not required again for future purchases.
GOOD NEWS – after this point, ALL DOCUMENTS AND COMMUNICATION WILL
COME DIRECT FROM THE REFINERY TO THE BUYER!
The Procedures to finalize the purchase will be
as mutually agreed where in general
the
following actions will follow:
Refinery Offer –
Contract – Meeting if required – POF/POP – Payment – Delivery.
IMPORTANT
It is very important to provide as much
information as possible on the Buyers Profiles
so that the refinery can see full evidence that there is an actual
requirement with an
end user who has a history
of purchasing and using fuels.
There should be
more facts than just words to show this. The refinery wont accept
just good intentions.
1. The refinery sells to END USERS (those who use/burn the fuels) like
an airline
or like a Refinery who re-process
the product. Or local distributors.
2. If the
buyer is a reseller, they need to show proof that they sell directly to
a end
user. A letter from an Airline or another
refinery (who re-processes the product)
will
work or a copy of a previous contract between the reseller and the end
user
will work.
3.
Apart from our Due Diligence, no other documents are required prior to
start the
process with a conference call
between the refinery and the end buyer.
4. The
refinery is THE END SELLER and because of that they do not charge or
ask for commissions. In other words, there is
no seller taking 50% of the total
commission.
5. Price is NOT confirmed until the buyer is
classified (Government owned, small Private company, Country, CIF or
FOB, etc).
6. TIMING: 3 to 5 days to have the
buyer registered with the refinery. 30 to 45
days for first delivery.
