Business procedure;
(1)
Seller issues FCO.
(2) Buyer sends ICPO
(3) Seller sends Soft contract.
(4) Buyer accepts or makes changes, signs and
returns for seller signatures.
(5) Seller makes
necessary changes and returns signed and seal ready for buyer’s
signature.
(6) Buyer transfers irrevocable,
revolving, fully funded transferable Non-operative and confirmed
Document Letter of Credit or Standby Letter of Credit to seller’s bank.
(7) Supplier issues PB to activate the DLC or SLC
as per contract.
(8) Loading can commence
according to conditions of the agreement.
