There is a $10.00 USD/MT commission for the BUYER’S SIDE.



I am sending also our procedure, it is nonnegotiable, and it must be follow point by point. Read it carefully, and you’ll see that this procedure is going to take us to a very successful business relationship.

PROCEDURE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)


1- Complete NCNDA by all parties involved.

2- Buyer issues ICPO with banking and soft probe permission.



3- Seller will send to buyer draft contract with SOFT POP. Buyer signature/initials required on every page.



4- Seller (upon acknowledging draft contract) issues final contract.



5- Buyer prepares a (Non-Operative) IRLOC: “Irrevocable Revolving Letter of Credit”, after receipt a Hard Copy of Contract from seller.



6- Seller sends to Buyer a 2 % Performance Bond and Full POP, after receipt of proof of Non-Operative IRLOC in their name.



7- Seller commences shipping of requested commodity to Buyer(s) via choice of Any Safe World Port.



8- Buyer Pays 100 % of commodity value upon delivery to designated port or transfer of ownership.



Payment: Irrevocable / Transferable Divisible Revolving Documentary Letter Of Credit (DLC). Payable 100 % at sight of delivery.
