PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

RDLC monthly payments, confirmed and consolidated by TOP 25 World Bank (European or American), payable 100% at sign as per contract, each shipment, Irrevocable, Confirmed, unconditional, transferable, Divisible, assignable, unencumbered.



PROCEDURES FOR DELIVERY MONTHS:

NCDA sign by end buyer and all parties and need to come together with the ICPO/ SOFT PROBE. Signed by a director or responsable of the issuing Company.

1 - Buyer issues ICPO with soft probe permission (coordenates bank) + Bank Confort Letter (BCL) or RWA, via swift MT 799.

2 - Seller issues FCO.
3 - Buyer sign seal and return the FCO.
4 - Seller issues Draft Contract.
5 - Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract and return to the Buyer.
6 - Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their respective Banks.
7 - Within 3 - 5 banking days, Buyer Bank sends a Non-operative RDLC to the seller's Bank.
8 - Within 3 - 5 banking days, Seller's Bank sends Proof of Products (POP) + PB 2% via Swift Bank to Bank methods to the Buyer's Bank.
9 - Seller presents full set of POP documents to the Buyer's Bank:
1. Commercial Invoice
2. Certificate of Origin
3. Certificate of Quality and Quantity issued by SGS
10 - Upon receiving the pertaining documents, Buyer's bank pays for 100% of the value of the commodity by RDLC directly to the Seller's designated bank account within 24 hours.
