from what I gathered in www you either keep small small lobsters in cages off shore (you have tofish for them in the sea), but you need the small ones after hatching and some growing up delivered to you and then you 'slain' them when they are big and fat. Or you should provide for full cycle from eggs to siblings on to grown up lobsters, thus mating etc. It seems that a full blown technology hasn't been devised as yet.

I have been working on lobsters for the past 25 years. I am currently working at Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute, Tatapuram, Cochin as the Head, Division of Crustacean Fisheries. I have developed a self cleaning grow out system for growing lobsters indoor. Value addition to low priced smmaler grade lobsters can be achieved through short term fattening.
