At this time our buyers are firmly offering to
purchase D2 as outlined below, FOB Houston only. Closed sell
side/intermediary must reveal and include all parties in advance, in
writing. We are next to multiple buyers and any undisclosed parties will
immediately terminate our relationship, as we are genuinely positioning
long term trading partners and the best security for our clients. We
need to complete these current transactions immediately in the interest
of our buyers without the string of agent-brokers and the games that
come with them. This does not mean that a sellers broker agent and/or
mandate is not welcome, but all parties must be disclosed. We are direct
to all of our buyers (possibly one major corp. exception) and are
looking for the seller or a direct broker representing the same scenario
on the seller side for a long term partnership. Open Intermediary
preferred for most contracts.
