We receive many weekly offers from Africa.
Unfortunately, most of these offers have proved to be fraudulent. That
is why we have set our procedures for initiating a new business
relationship.
* We
must start with a trial shipment of 25kg. which must be brought by
Seller to Belgium and deposited at the customs.
* A fixed price in USD for the trial shipment
is acceptable but for the contract we prefer that price is set as LME
less a percentage to avoid unnecessary amendments as a result of LME
price fluctuation.
*
Once the trial shipment proves successful, we can provide a SBLC from
a major European Bank for the value of 50kg. revolving and conditional
to the final Assay Report.
* All costs and charges in country of origin are
to the Seller’s account.
All costs and
charges in Belgium are to the Buyers account.
* All shipments must be CIF Belgium.
* We do not pre fund
any expenses such as Sellers travel expenses and or hotel costs.
Please note that
these are reasonable procedures to protect Buyers as well as Sellers,
and have proved effective in all countries.
