PROCEDURE:
1) Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO
with right to soft probe and an accompanying brief lifting proposal that
states potential destination ports/storage facilities/lifting capacity
per month on volumes that exceed 50mbls per month. Buyer completes NCNDA
and Product Request Form.
2) Buyer and Seller complete NCNDA and IMFPA
3) Seller issues FCO
4) Buyer signs & returns
FCO with acceptance letter.
5) Seller issues draft contract open for
amendment.
6) Buyer
returns signed draft contract
7) Seller issues partial Proof Of Product or
(Soft POP) with Refinery Allocation Numbers.
8) Buyers (POF)
9) Seller issues original contract (POP) with an
accompanying attestation letter sworn by a reliable and trustworthy
source that the POP exists.
10) Both parties exchange hard copy of contract
within 5 days & both parties lodge contracts with respective banks.
11) Buyer's bank issues
(RDLC, SBLC) from a prime world bank against transfer of title.
12) Seller issues 2%
(PB) to activate buyer's LC as agreed on contract.
