We are sellers of Russian D2 Gas Oil. Serious enquiries from Real buyers, or buyers mandate.  
 
Procedure:  
   
1. Buyer sends ICPO to seller.  
 
2. Seller sends FCO and Draft contract to buyer.  
 
3. Upon acceptance of draft contract, Buyer and Seller execute the contract.  
 
4. Buyer and Seller signs NCNDA and IMFPA.  
 
5. Seller pays for pipeline allocation for pumping of the product from refinery to loading port and transportation by NK Transneft.  
 
6. Buyer pays contract registration fees for legalization of the purchase contract according to the new Government law.  
 
7. Within five (5) banking days after signing hard copies contract, Seller’s bank issue SWIFT POP proof of product (allocation of the exporting) to Buyer’s bank, within 7 international bank days each party shall deposit into an escrow account a fund worth 2% of the first shipment and the payment instrument (SBLC/BG) verbiage shall be submitted for each party approval.  
 
8. Within 5 international banking days the Seller’s bank issue Non-operative transferable 2% PB and full POP after each party deposit into an escrow.  
 
9.The 2% PB will be placed in buyer’s bank account should the seller fail to supply the cargo of the product the 2% will be paid to the buyer and intermediaries accordingly as compensation.  
 
10. Buyer’s bank issue 100% irrevocable, revolving SBLC/BG for each cargo shipment of monthly delivery activated 2%PB.  
 
11. The SGS inspection charges will be borne by the Seller.  
 
12. Shipment commence as per contract.  
 
13. Buyer releases payment to the Seller and all Brokers/Agents same time out-turn shipment delivery per slot via SWIFT fund transfer within 23 banking days after discharge of cargo and receipt of all the relevant shipping documents.  
 
14 The contract commences.
