Our client is the seller. It's a Brazilian
onshore company.

The seller has got 1,5 million Petrobras bonds series 4 / 1959 and will
be able to supply 1,5 million more in the nest 4 months (total 3
millions bonds).
- The seller is ready to
arrange transaction with a minimum quantity of 40.000 bonds.
- We could send you here a copy, as an example,
of an SKR which represents 15.000 bonds; and the two first SKR which we
could deal represent 46.378 bonds.
- The bonds
are in Brazil and the custodian is Instituto Mineiro de Perícias - Belo
Horizonte-MG, BRASIL (and it could be in the next future the custodian
Prosegur).
- Our lawyer advisers are
CONSULPARTNER in LISBON, PORTUGAL.
- Closing
banks could be DEXIA and/or BANIF or an other Bank accepted by the
seller
- Seller's proposed price is 7.000 USD
per bond which includes 2000 USD to be shared between sellers and buyers
teams.
- the Seller accepts any expert to check
the bonds.
