The term 'First cold pressed' it is a nonsense
because the word FIRST indicate that there will be a second pression.
This is not true and the REG EC 1019/2002 prohibits to write first cold
pressed starting from November 2003.
It is
possible to use COLD PRESSED for an oil obtained by pression and COLD
EXTRACTED for an oil obtained by continuous method (decanter).
When it is write cold pressed or cold extracted
the EC rules specify that the temperaature of extraction and malaxation
for both COLD EXTRACTED and COLD pressed must be below than 37°C
