2) Worked with M/s . Orissa State
Handloom Development Corporation Ltd, Bhubaneswar as Senior Marketing
Officer from May, 1979 to September, 1986 & as Marketing Manager from
October, 1986 to May, 1990 in charge of domestic sales Exports. The
commodities handled are cotton & silk handloom fabrics. Joined this
organisation in its inception & achieved a turnover of 14 crores in high
competitive area.
3) Worked with M/s. Metro
Exportes Ltd, Bombay as Branch Manager , Calcutta from May, 1990 to
December, 1992 looking after the Export trading Activity from Eastern
India . Commodities handled are Plywood & Bicycles. The Eastern Region
Branch was started from inception & acieved a turnover of 5 crores in
Trading mainly, besides local sale of bicycle parts of 2 crores.
4) Worked with M/s. Rajinder Steels Ltd., Kanpur
in charge of Export Division from January, 1993 to July, 1994 &
undertook Export of Steel Tubes on behalf of the company for the first
time . Started the Export Division & streamlined the long term Export
strategy for boosting export turn-over to 30 crs and overseas offices in
Singapore ,Dubai and USA.
5) Worked with M/s.
ORMAS ( Orissa Rural Development & Marketing Society ) as Export
Consultant & incharge , of setting up Export Projects, from September,
1994 to March, 1996. Signed 100% M.O.Us for Mushroom & growing of
offseasonal vegetable with hydroponic technology for Export. Started the
handicraft export to South American Countries . With the objective of
next two years , the turnover was projected at 30 crores, with the
commissioning of the M. O. Us.
6) At present
working for M/s. Real India Consultancy Ltd, Bhubaneswar, India (a New
Public Limited Company ) and set-up a Chrome Ore Mining lease and in the
process of setting up of a benefication plant for processing this chrome
Mineral for Export . Presently, the ore is being organized for domestic
sales to achieve a turnover of 2-5 crs in next two years.
Aim Looking at a more vibrant place even open for
Retainer - commission terms . Can start export
of products for execution of any proposal for
development
of business activity.
Still vibrant physically and willing for
extensive travel.
Developed contacts on internet
for sourcing of steel scrap, food items,textiles,etc.
Presently in the process of finalizing sourcing
and selling of scrap on priority and
negotiating
for food items for selling in third countries. The expected turnover
is 50 Crs in next six months
