in manufacturing quality sweaters, which is
owned and managed by highly experienced personnel who have rich
experience in
running another sweater factories
of the group since 1992, namely Pacific Sweaters
Ltd. We are driven by the maxim of achieving the desired quality at most

prices by leveraging on all
available resources, controlling wastages, improved
efficiencies and target oriented objective
approach to the whole business.

To satisfy our customers needs “Time
Sweaters Limited” sources various types
of yarns
& accessories for every season, from well reputed suppliers only.
The commonly used yarns are Acrylic, Acrylic
Smiling, Acrylic Bright Smiling,
Acrylic Cotton
Like, Cotton, Acrylic/Cotton, Acrylic/Wool, etc. Which are sourced
from yarn manufacturer located in export
processing zones (EPZ) in Bangladesh.
Fancy Yarn
like Chenille, Rainbow Chenille, Mossy Yarn, Tarmac Tweed, Podolle
yarn, Mohair, Cashmere, Lambs Wool, etc. are
imported from Taiwan, Indonesia,
Malaysia, etc.
Production:
“Time
Sweaters Ltd.” Is located on 150 decimal land at Kutubail, Katherpul,
Fatullah, Narayanganj about 15 K.M. away from
the capital, Dhaka well connected
by two
alternative metal road and rail link. The location is within the DND
(Dhaka-
Narayanganj-Demra) flood embankment area
and has not been affected in great
flood of 1998
and 2004.
The factory is situated in a six
storied building each comprising 16,000 sft floor
area.
Presently the
factory has 900 knitting machines. Being a sister concern, “Time
sweater” enjoys effective support of Pacific
having 520 machines respectively.
QUALITY
In order to implement the tight quality control
system, our factory offers 'One-
Shop'
production process. From sample development to packaging, all processes
are done by our in-house skilled staff and
monitored by our inspection staff. To
assure
quality in the product that we provide, we follow AQL 2.5 system. Also
we
keep inspection records to further enhance
the strength of the quality
department. In-line
inspections are carried out at various stages of production.

sweaters, also our care for the quality
and
service.

LABORATORY
We procure
raw materials from those sources which have laboratory facilities. We
always make sure that all sort of tests like
shrinkage, nickel free and azo have
been done
properly for every order. Most importantly, all our suppliers have
various quality certifications from reputed
organizations.
FUTURE EXPANSION
We have extensive future expansion plans to
offer more quality products and also
to provide
more services to our existing and potential customers. ”Time Sweaters
Ltd.” plans higher investments for training and
development as well as purchase
of machinery and
equipment, as it constantly looks to remodel itself to suit the
prevalent global business and fashion
environment.
We will setup in house embroidery
and printing facilities very soon.
We will setup
an independent designing section within the factory which will play
a role of a fashion platform for young and
creative designers. This facility will help
our
customers to explore more options.
We have a
plan to setup an acrylic dying project in near future to ensure quality
yarns for our customers.
