As a process I have come across, a fact that the coir industry is a craft industry, and in 21 st century it has to turn into a organised industry.Unfortunately no serious attempt has been made in coconut growing counties, even in India. As a result the earning of the worker`s wage too low to make a descent living.
There is technology available by adopting the jute technology and increase man machine productivity by 10 times and share the increase production that generates revenue with workers approximately.
