Purchase procedures;

1- buyer send LOI with full bank coordinates of buyer and bcl + swift to seller bank
2- seller issue fco, draft contract, (we will send ncnd working agreement and fpa if requested)
3- buyer send signed draft contract with banking information by email.
4- buyer supply seller with letter of credit non operative, seller will produce buyer with a POP
5- seller sign and send three original PRO forma invoices with three hard contracts copies to the buyer.
6- buyer send three signed hard copies of the contract to the seller
7- the buyer bank open multiple documentary letter of credit that activate the performance bond(pb)
8- shipment as per schedule mentioned in the contract with all documents
