The reason why our prices are so good is
because we are in direct contact with the seller's mandate. Commission
are not included in these prices. Please add whatever commissions you'd
like to add, they will be split 50/50 so for example if you'd like to
add $5 for commissions it would be $2.50 for my group and $2.50 for your
entire group including any other brokers you may have with this deal.
If you want to add $10 for the commissions then it would be $5 for my
group and $5 for your entire group, etc.
If you are serious, like the prices and would
like to move forward then please provide me with a LOI as soon as
possible. I will need you to pay close attention to the Full Corporate
Offer that I will be sending you and please make sure the wording on
the LOI includes line items 5 + 6 exactly from the document. My
seller's mandate will not accept any documents that are not as per his
procedures. The NCND can be filled out later once the LOI has been sent
and approved.
