in 50 kg (net weight) new poly-lined jute bag or equivalent.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Unconditional, transferable, assignable and divisible bank guaranteed
(BG) or (SBLC) for quantity that is described in offer above, issue and
confirmed by a top 25 world bank and acceptable to seller. BG text will
be submitted to sellers for approval, the BG or SLBC will have a
maturity of 6 moths and it will be renewed automatically by equal
periods up to end of contract. Plus RDLC or wire transfer for monthly
payments. 2% (two) percent of the bank guarantees total value within 7
(seven) international banking days of receipt of non operative financial
instrument acceptable to the seller and the sellers bank. The seller
shall provide insurance at his sole expense and responsibility.
DEMURRAGE: At the
loading port it is on sellers account. At the discharging port is on
buyer’s account.
