We have the order ready to buy Brazilian whire refined sugar ICUMSA 45 50 kg./bag with total quantity of 100,000 MT covering 8 shipments for 8 months times. Payment is Transaferable L/C at sight from bank in London UK.

The first 2 shipments of 12500 MT each are require to be done within 35-40 days after received the L/C. Seller is also required to contact his bank to send the SWIFT to confirm buyer's bank that you have the availability of 100,000.- Mt for us and 2% PB will be issued as soon as received the L/C.

If you can accept our term and condition, please offer us your best CIF ASWP and advise the earliest shipment you can commence.

Please do not write us in case you can not meet our requirement as we have the serious real order for prompt action.

Procedures of the Seller Sugar
1. Buyer send LOI or ICPO with soft probe
2. Seller sends draft contract for the Buyer
3. Buyer reads, the draft signs and seals contract all pages and sends it to the Seller
4. Seller seals and signature in all the pages the draft the contract
5. Buyer presents and sends to the Seller the Swift MT- 799 Route Swift to the bank of the Seller
6. The Seller pop answers the same swift with to the Buyer
7. The Buyer notice or copy of the L/C sends to the seller the pre route Swift to the bank of the Seller
8. The Seller opens the PB of 2% in favour of the Buyer
9. The Buyer it liberates the L/C in favour of the Seller
10. It begins the sending of sugar
11. It begins the load and sending of the sugar
Within 30/45 days of the Seller receiving the payment instrument delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed
Payment terms: FFDLC or FFSBLC or BG – Auto-Revolving, Transferable
Payment the Seller Accept only at loading Port against B/L
S.G.S Report at loading port in Brazil. Only
