WEIGHT & QUALITY INSPECTION: SGS (Societe
Generale de Surveillance) at Seller’s cost shall inspect
commodity at the place of loading. SGS shall
issue an inspection certificate of
quality and
quantity for each shipment to certify that the goods are in good
order and condition and conform to the
specifications in purchase contract and
letter
of credit. The buyer has the permission to arrange and have a parallel
inspection at the port of destination with all
costs at its expense.
