Payment: Payment shall be by way of FFBG - FULLY FUND Bank Guarantee Credit from a Prime Bank issued and aceptable to the selle and payable against clean shipping documents. Exit 45-60 days.Terms: FFSBLC /BG 100%.ICPO/BCL TO FOLLOW Of PURCHASER And BG OF TOP 25 RANKING BANK.I wait LOI and BCL of top 25 to proceed. PROCEDURES:
1) Buyer issues ICPO with bank coordinates and BCL;
2) Seller confirms the ICPO / BCL and issues a FCO;.
3) Seller issues draft of Contract with full banking coordinates;
4) Buyer issues his acceptance in the fco and draft contract ( within 2 bank days) with full banking, or his observations and proposals;
5) Buyers and Sellers Bank Officers to contact each other; Buyers Bank Officer enter with banking swift with non-operative bank payment
instrument within 5 bank days to prove the Buyers funds and ability to perform (POF) ; receiving from the seller´s bank the answer demonstrate that represents a real Seller and the evidence of product(POP).
6) After successful proofs, Buyer and Seller sign and notarize the Contract in 6 (six) Original copies and after that, send 3 (three) to the other Party.
7) Buyer and Seller deliver a copy of the executed Contract to their respective Banks.
8) Within 3 (three) banking days, Seller opens an NON OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND of 2% (two percent) calculated upon L/C value, which activates automatically the L/C
9) Start of delivery as agreed in the Contract
