Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving, Standby Letter of Credit, opened at each quantity metric tons, , payable 100% from the shipment arrival at buyer port, per shipment, confirmed by any world first line bank, upon presentation of documents as per terms and conditions of L/C, covering the total amount of confirmed quantity of the shipment, or in accordance of our Performa invoice, mutually agreed between the parties. Confirmation of L/C will be on sellers account but buyer will pay add confirmation fees to the seller.

Delivery: 60 days after receive financial instrument

Procedure:

1. THE BUYER SEND HIS COMPLETE (HEAD LETTER, ADDRESS, NAME AND POSITION OF THE SIGNING PERSONS, COMPLETE BANKING COORDINATES), DULY SIGNED AND SEALED LOI

2. THE SELLER ISSUES FULL CORPORATE OFFER (F.C.O) TO THE BUYER.. BUYER RETURNS FCO SIGNED AND SEALED.

3. THE SELLER ISSUES DRAFT CONTRACT TO BUYER FOR COMMENTS AND ACCEPTANCE THE BUYER SIGNS AND RETURNS THE DRAFT CONTRACT SHOWING ALL AMENDMENTS REQUIRED AND ADDS FULL BANKING COORDINATES AS SET OUT WITHIN.

4. THE SELLER AMENDS WHERE NECESSARY THE HARD COPY CONTRACT, SIGNS, SEALS AND ISSUES TO THE BUYER FOR HIS COMPLETION, THE BUYER SIGNS THE HARD COPY CONTRACT AND RETURNS IT TO THE SELLER. ANY FACSIMILE COPY SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS THE ORIGINAL

5. WITHIN FIVE (5) BANKING DAYS AFTER THE FINAL HARD COPY CONTRACT SIGNATURE, THE BUYER OPENS A FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT IN THEIR OWN BANK AND THEN PROVIDES TO THE SELLER AN OPERATIVE LETTER OF CREDIT TO SELLER FOR APPROVAL AND THEN FORWARDS IT TO THE SELLER’S BANK.

6. WITHIN SEVEN ( 7 ) BANKING DAYS AFTER THE RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION OF AN OPERATIVE L/C ACCEPTABLE TO THE SELLER AND THE SELLER'S BANK, THE SELLER ISUES A FULLY ACTIVE TWO PERCENT ( 2% ) PERFORMANCE BOND OF THE CREDIT VALUE FOR MONTHLY SHIPMENT

7. PROOF OF PRODUCT TO BE PROVIDED BY SELLER AFTER RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION OF AN OPERATIVE LETTER OF CREDIT ACCEPTABLE TO SELLER AND SELLERS BANK.
