this LOI issued today, 24/8/2005, is the only current active and has
been offered to Mr.
for the release of FCO/Draft
Contract. This takes precedence over any other LOI currently in
circulation for this commodity.
The
non-negotiable steps are as here:
1. Buyer sends
LOI with format as here.
2. Seller sends Draft
Contract.
3. Buyer signs it and opens the
un-operative LC within seven (7) days after signing the contract.
4. Seller activates the LC by sending the PB-5%
and POP within seven (7) days after receiving the LC.
5. Shipment starts as schedule.
