We have an immediate need to purchase Three
Million Metric Tons (3,000,000 MT) of sugar ICUSMA 45 for an 18 months
contract. Delivery basis is CIF ASWP in accordance to shipping schedule.

Payment terms: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Revolving
Commercial, Documentary, Letter of Credit.
We
also require a Performance Bond to be Irrevocable, Revolving, Confirmed,
Transferable and Valid throughout the duration of this agreement plus 60
days equaling 620 days. It will be in the amount equal to 8% of the L/C
value.

If this percentage is not within reach, then we
will require a 2% Bond along with one of the following options.
Option [A] The Letter of Credit will pay the
Total Dollar Value of the First Month shipment(s) values on or after the
sailing of the last shipment agreed upon as defined in the Shipping
Schedule agreement and within the validity of the Letter of Credit.
Option [B] The Letter of Credit will pay the half
of the Total Dollar Value of the First and Second Months shipment(s)
values on or after the sailing of the last scheduled shipment agreed
upon and as defined in the Shipping Schedule and within the validity of
the Letter of Credit.
Option [C] The Letter of
Credit will pay the one-third of the Total Dollar Value of the First,
Second and Third Months shipment(s) values on or after the sailing of
the last scheduled shipment agreed upon and as defined in the Shipping
Schedule and within the validity of the Letter of Credit.
If you can deliver the Quantity desired and we
can reach price and terms agreement you can expect that we can use
similar quantities for our delivery commitments.
Your may be confident that we are buyers at yet
to be determined final price.
If you wish to move
forward we would be pleased to see a draft copy of your producers sales
contract.
