Dr Mr. President,
I work
with a very unique mix of multi-cultural professionals at Cardone
Industries in Philadelphia, PA.(over4000 total employees)(well over 1000
office professionals)(near 750 managers of which I am one of them). This
company is christian owned and predominantly managed by people of faith
from nearly 20 various cultures and twenty-some language groups in our
re-manufacturing plants. My observation recently as the election closes
in is that the 1st and 2nd generation citizens from countries like
mexico, Portugal, India, Pakistan, and other European nations and a
variety of Hispanic Speaking groups are very leary of the Republican
party and it's economic principles. They are ill-informed many times
about the dangers of liberal policies, but are stuck on the
controversial conservative issues that seem rooted in mistrust of
capitalism and the power and money and influence 'of the Rich'. What can
be done to level the playing field on these key issues. We have people
who are christians actually willing to vote democrat and look past the
moral issues that republican's clearly better represent because of this
root of mistrust of 'the rich'. They don't even see that the democrats
represent a movement towards socialism which could make these concerns
'worse'!
This is a minority vote issue as I can
see it and it is widespread, I fear,
